Step 1 - Prepare
Remove the steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature.
Step 2 - Cook
Heat a little oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat and fry the steak on each side for 2-3 minutes (medium-rare), 3-4 minutes (medium) or 4-5 minutes (well done).
Step 3 - Serve
Slice steak into bite size pieces and add to your dish.
