Gỏi Cuốn are without doubt one of Vietnam's most perfect culinary treasures. Their only downside: they don't keep or travel well. And yet they make the most perfect starter for phở, so we had to come up with a solution.

And here it is, our easy and fun to make summer rolls kit. Prep the ingredients, set them out and have everyone try their hand at rolling their very own.
