Lemongrass and garlic marinated tofu
Step 1 - Prepare
Remove the tofu from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature.
Step 2 - Cook
Heat a little oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat and fry the tofu on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 - Serve
Slice tofu into bite size pieces and add to your dish.
