If our standard kits don't take your fancy and you want to mix and match broths and proteins, then this is the choice for you.
Choose from your choice of:
- Broth: beef, chicken or vegan
- Plain or marinated protein: rare pasture fed steak, cooked chicken breast, king prawns, tofu, lemongrass steak, lemongrass chicken or lemongrass tofu.
Comes with all the usual garnishes to make your very own Pho.
We will also include a pot of your sauce of choice and the usual chopsticks to get stuck in.
WHAT'S IN THE KIT?
Pho broth - the star of the show, having been slowly simmered for 5-8 hours to create a deeply savoury, warmly spiced broth.
Protein of your choice - choose from thinly sliced rare steak, poached chicken breast, giant juicy king prawns, tofu, lemongrass and garlic marinated steak, lemongrass and garlic marinated chicken thighs, lemongrass and garlic marinated tofu.
Gluten free rice noodles - hand selected traditional phở noodles are provided. These need to be cooked for 5/6 minutes in boiling water.
Spring onion - to add crunch to your bowl this can be sliced or diced and served raw, or for a lighter onion flavour you could fry it for a few minutes.
Lime - added at the end, a squeeze of fresh lime will bring the broth to life with bright notes.
Birds eye chilli - watch out, these are hot! We prefer to add these as very thin slivers at the end, they add a delicious heat to the phở. If you are not a fan of spice, you can just leave these out!
Coriander and Thai basil - these fresh herbs should be added at the very end, they add zing, crunch, freshness and flavour to the phở. Chop, tear or throw in whole, the choice is yours!
